E-bikes lead race

More than 5,500 trade visitors attended this week’s ISPO BIKE show in Munich, Germany.

Visitors from 40 countries – most from Germany, Austria, Italy, China and Switzerland – viewed the latest from the 209 exhibitors at the show.

A visitor survey showed, 66 percent of those interviewed cited e-bikes and pedelecs as one of the top categories they were interested in.

CargoVille, the part of the show which focused on the urban mobility movement, was a popular hall.

Over the final two days of the show, over 4,000 non-trade visitors enjoyed the latest products and the opportunity to test them out.

The 2014 ISPO BIKE expo will be held on July 24 -27.
